It is one of the leading financial institutions in the Spanish market with more than 2 million customers, more than 4,400 employees and 700 offices in Spain, as well as offices in ten countries around the world.<\/p>\n\n Amarello as a technological partner had the great responsibility to strategically work the project adhering to Abanca’s high standards such as quality, reliability, responsibility and innovation as its core values.<\/p>\n\n The results<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Generation of reports on the use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Drive) that enable management-oriented reporting, with the objective of displaying volumetric metrics classified and grouped according to defined typologies or data models.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n The solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A Data Warehouse was used as a data source fed from Google Workspace to obtain metrics and tracking. Views were built on BigQuery to generate dashboards in Looker Studio that respond to the business need, which provides scalability and elasticity.
