• Tax information: tax ID and billing address, when a contractual relationship exists.
• Access credentials for online services, when you contract a service that requires them.

A cookie is information that a website stores in your browser. This site uses one first-party cookie to remember your decision about cookies and, only if you accept it in the consent banner, measurement tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4) that collect statistical information such as browser type and operating system, pages viewed, visit source, access IP address and time spent.

7. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO)

You have the right to access and know the personal data we hold and the details of its processing; to rectify and correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; to cancel and delete it when you consider it is not required for any of the purposes described in this notice, when it is being used for purposes you did not authorize, or when the legal or service relationship has ended; and to object to its processing for specific purposes.

8. How to limit the use or disclosure of your data

If you do not wish to receive messages from us that are not essential to fulfill the stated purposes, you may request it through the mechanisms described in section 11.

9. How to revoke your consent

If you wish to revoke the consent you granted us for the use of your personal data, you may request it through the mechanisms described in section 11. Revocation will not have retroactive effects and will not affect processing the law requires us to keep.

10. Transfer of personal data

The following transfers do not require your consent, but the law requires that you be informed of them. Your data may be shared with:

• Companies in the controller's group that operate under the same internal processes and policies (parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates), to fulfill the legal relationship with you.
• Public sector entities, to comply with current legislation and the legal relationship with you.
• Providers that render services on our behalf, such as email delivery and site usage measurement, under confidentiality obligations and only for the purposes described.

11. Mechanism to exercise your rights

To exercise your ARCO rights, limit the use of your data or revoke your consent:

• Send your request to contacto@amarello.com.mx stating your name, a means to reply to you, the personal data concerned and the right you wish to exercise (for example, deletion of your data), together with a document proving your identity or representation.
• We will handle your request within the deadlines established by the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

12. Complaints

If, after exercising your rights before Amarello, you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been infringed, or you have evidence of a violation of the law in the processing of your data, we invite you to contact us again to exhaust internal procedures. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority in Mexico.

13. Changes to this notice

We reserve the right to modify this notice at any time to address legislative developments, internal policies or new requirements. Changes will be available on this same page, with their update date. This document updates the notice published on January 21, 2022.
